Executive
Project Accounting:
-Track and analyze project costs, revenue, and margins.
-Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control.
-Monitor progress claims, variations, and project financial performance.
-Assist in the preparation of project financial reports and variance analysis.
Financial Modelling & Data Analytics:
-Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
-Analyse financial data to identify trends, cost efficiencies, and revenue opportunities.
-Automate and improve financial reporting using Excel, Power Bl, or other analytics tools.
-Provide insights to support management in decision-making and strategic planning.
General Finance & Reporting:
-Assist in month-end closing, audit preparation, and compliance reporting.
-Identify areas for process improvement and automation in financial reporting and analysis.
-Work on cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
To be a good fit, you would possess these qualities and skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
-Min. 2-3 years of relevant working experience in related field, preferably with project accounting experience.
-Strong communication skills with the ability to propose alternative solutions.
-Detail-oriented and proficient in Excel.
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
