Job Responsibilities
- -Deliver collaterals development for the casino marketing and Genting Rewards Programs as directed by creative briefs
- -Work with marketing agencies and associated stakeholders to ensure timely activation of marketing materials
- -Update the communication program in line with the marketing calendar
- -Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
- -Update SOP to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements as required
- -Coordinate and organise the execution of the approved marketing plans within approved budget and timeline
- -Coordinate on the production, installation and removal of marketing collaterals developed by Business Development team
Job Requirements
- -Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
- -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- -Proven experience in content development and creative marketing
- -Strong understanding of branding, messaging, and communications strategies
- -Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- -Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
- -Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is desirable
- -Highly organized and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- -Meticulous, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency
