JOB CONTENT
~ Responsible for overseeing all aspects of build design, from contract award to handover.
~ Providing technical support to the project development, estimating and onsite engineering teams.
~ Assist projects on value engineering and financial control of contracts during construction stage.
~ Develop planning and prioritize processes to ensure that multi-disciplinary resource is well aligned to maximize timely delivery of projects.
~ Report on engineering activities on a regular basis to the management team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of the relevant Key Performance Indicators.
~ Provide leadership to coach, mentor and develop a team of PLC and SCADA Engineers and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions.
EXPERIENCE
~ Experience in leading an engineering function with a proven track record in delivering effective engineering strategies, policies, processes, and systems in the Build Environment sector.
QUALFICATION
~ A degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

~ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
~ Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against multiple projects date lines.
~ Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
