Job Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Implement and optimize digital marketing strategies across various channels to drive brand equity, engagement, and conversions.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure that digital campaigns align with brand goals and business objectives.
    • Ensure all digital touchpoints follow best practices, ensuring a cohesive and effective consumer experience.
  2. Social Media Management & Content Creation:
    • Support overall social media strategy, including planning and execution of campaigns. Adjust tactics based on real-time performance and business goals.
    • Create and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including posts, graphics, photos, videos, and stories.
    • Engage with the community, maintain brand consistency, and scale influencer programs to amplify brand awareness

 

  1. Paid Advertising & Digital Performance Tracking:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels to drive ROI.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others, providing actionable insights to optimize results and improve key metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI).
  2. Marketing & Brand Communications:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
    • Support brand-related activities, including content creation for promotional materials, events, and internal communications.
    • Monitor and maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
