We're seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Account Executive with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to craft data-driven digital solutions (SEO, social, paid) and drive impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients for long-term client retention.
Conduct regular performance reviews with clients and internal team members to optimize campaign strategies.
Manage projects/campaign deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards, client expectations, budget and timeline.
Interpret campaign metrics and translate data into actionable insights for performance optimisation.
Identify opportunities within client portfolios and collaborate with management to increase service adoption.
Be constantly updated with the company’s capabilities and services, as well as any emerging digital marketing trends and solutions.
Qualifications
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with both clients and team members.
Has 2 years of working experience in accounting servicing/project management of digital marketing projects.
Experience in servicing MNC or government agencies is a plus.
Detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively in a dynamic working environment.
Possess positive work attitude with good interpersonal and analytical skills.
Organised and fast learner, especially in new technologies.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, New Media Studies, Marketing, or equivalent.
