Core Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Establish the annual marketing calendar and key projects to support long-term brand development.
• Manage the full marketing lifecycle, including product strategy, pricing, design, promotion, sales tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
• Continuously refine marketing strategies based on real-time sales data to maximize market conversion.
2. Outlet Marketing Enablement & Performance Enhancement
• Provide strategic guidance for outlet-level marketing initiatives, tailoring campaigns to fit local market dynamics.
• Coordinate third-party collaborations to expand brand visibility.
• Lead marketing strategies for new store openings, ensuring impactful launch campaigns.
• Develop targeted marketing initiatives for underperforming stores to drive business growth.
3. Brand Management & Public Relations
• Monitor and analyze outlet reputation, offering proactive insights and improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor movements, and local business district dynamics to refine marketing approaches.
• Oversee brand-related projects, ensuring strategic execution and effective implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Experience in brand or marketing management within chain restaurants, multi-brand F&B, or FMCG industries.
• Data-driven mindset, capable of leveraging analytics to optimize marketing strategies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with expertise in cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent public relations capabilities, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, and key stakeholders.
• Proven experience in marketing campaigns and brand partnerships, with strong expertise in event planning, execution, and promotion.
• Good command of English and Mandarin (in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers).
