Key Responsibilities

  1. Accurately input customer and sales data into the CRM system (Dynamics 365), ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  2. Regularly update customer records, including contact information, interaction history, and sales opportunities.
  3. Perform routine data quality checks to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
  4. Assist in the migration of customer data into the CRM system, ensuring proper mapping and organization of data.
  5. Generate regular CRM reports, tracking key customer information, sales activities, and other metrics.
  6. Support CRM-related data analysis by providing clean, actionable data to other departments.
  7. Communicate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and provide support for CRM-related inquiries.
  8. Assist in maintaining the CRM system, ensuring it is configured to meet the needs of the business.
  9. Help troubleshoot minor CRM system issues and escalate more complex problems to the CRM Administrator or IT team.
  10. Suggest improvements to data entry processes and CRM workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Stay updated with new CRM features and best practices to continuously improve data management.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience working with CRM systems, particularly Dynamics 365.
  2. Previous experience in data entry, data management, or administrative roles.
  3. Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management practices.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy.
  5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  7. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
  8. Knowledge of data privacy standards and best practices for handling sensitive customer information.
  9. Ensure all order processing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
