Responsibilities:

  • .Transfer data from other systems or Excel sheets into accounting software or database systems.
  • .Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all platforms.
  • .Maintain and track records of completed work.
  • .Assist with ad hoc administrative duties such as data filing and organizing records.
  • .Perform any other ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • .Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • .Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • .Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • .Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • .Accounting knowledge is preferred.
  • .Knowledge of accounting software (Xero) is a plus.
  • .Previous data entry experience is a plus.
