- >> Conduct survey interviews by phone calls;
- >> Data entry for completed surveys and conduct data verification on completed surveys to ensure the data is accurate and reliable
- >> Conduct phone calls to respondents for verification and clarification of data
- >> Attend to incoming calls through the relevant hotlines
Job Requirements
- >> Diploma in any field
- >> Must be comfortable in making outgoing calls to conduct survey interviews
- >> Experience in survey administration/market research/consultancy/PR firm/telemarketing/HR practice/
- >> Independent and self-motivated to achieve KPIs given
Working Hours - Weekdays, 830am - 6pm
