Summary
- -5.5 days
Monday to Friday: 8:30 to 6pm
Saturday (alternate Sat): 9am to 1pm - -Fulltime, permanent role
Responsibilities
- -Identify and maintain client relationships by understanding their business operations, environment, pest issues, and decision makers.
- -Keep up-to-date with product and service knowledge to upsell and extend clients' businesses.
- -Track and document key actions for each client, report to management, and maintain proper records in sales and service software.
- -Ensure positive client experiences through effective communication and smooth service operations.
- -Create quotes and contracts, and convert sales.
- -Build relationships with new clients, and promote new campaigns or products to increase sales.
- -Assist in service operations by handling unforeseen issues and organizing internal meetings to resolve client concerns.
