Job Description:
- – Plan and ideate content across various formats (videos, carousels, static posts) for our brand and clients.
- – Coordinate with the videographer and editors to execute content ideas from pre-production to post-production.
- – Act as the face of content—appear in short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- – Create visually appealing static content and carousels using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
- – Organise and manage content calendars to ensure timely posting.
- – Assist with platform management including scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.
- – Stay updated with platform trends and best practices for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- – Provide input on copy, script direction, and content angles that align with campaign objectives.
Requirements:
- – Able to work full-time on-site.
- – Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
- – Proven ability to plan, structure, and manage a content calendar across multiple platforms.
- – Proficient in graphic design (Canva required, Adobe Suite a bonus).
- – Experience with short-form video content creation or direction.
- – Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- – Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and tight timelines in a fast-paced agency setting.
- – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
