Optimise landing pages, checkout flows, and user journeys to reduce friction and improve conversion rates. Utilise data and behavioural analytics to identify drop-off points and implement solutions. Conduct A/B testing to continuously refine messaging, design, and CTAs for higher engagement. Implement automation strategies, retargeting tactics, and personalised experiences to nurture leads down the funnel.

Growth-Driven Ecommerce Strategy : Manage and optimize product listings, pricing structures, and promotional tactics across ecommerce platforms (Shopify, etc.). Leverage SEO, paid media, and organic traffic strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth. Develop and execute high-impact campaigns that align with business goals and customer insights. Continuously analyse customer behavior, sales trends, and engagement metrics to refine strategies.

● Social-First Brand Building & Acquisition : Design and execute social marketing strategies that integrate with the ecommerce journey from awareness to delivery. Develop high-converting content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn to engage audiences and drive action. Manage paid media strategies (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc) to

● Data, Automation & Personalization: Implement AI-driven strategies to automate workflows and enhance customer experiences. Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and ROAS, to drive continuous optimisation

● Task Prioritisation and Planning: Lead and manage intricate strategic projects, driving them from inception to successful conclusion. Use tools to ensure efficient execution and delivery of strategic initiatives.

Prerequisites

● 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and funnel optimisation.

● Expertise in growth marketing frameworks (conversion rate optimisation, behavioral targeting).

● Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and social commerce.

● A deep understanding of customer journeys — from awareness to advocacy.

● Proven ability to drive measurable revenue growth through data-driven digital strategies.
