Senior Executive
Our Client, is a family office for a local ship bunker in Singapore. They are the investment arm that specialises in working with High Net Worth individuals and institutions for Private Equity Real Estate & Alternative Investments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The role is needed to develop, drive & implement the strategy on acquisition of new Clients (particularly Elite Partners)
~ The candidate will have to develop partnership agreements with external partners to develop new channels of distribution
~ The candidate will have to engage individuals to be distributors of the company investment products by joining the client's Elite Program
~ The candidate is responsible to maintain long-term relationships with the referrals and clients . Act as the main point of contact for addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Conduct regular meetings with clients to keep up-to-date on their investments , and to adjust existing solutions when the need arises.
~ Communicate with clients to identify their business challenges and expectations
Job Requirements:
~ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
~ Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
~ Experience in recruiting Partners and Distributors for the company's investments projects. Those with Financial Services / Real Estate/ Investment/Partnership Recruitment experience are preferred.
~ Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for pitching tailored solutions to clients.
~ Experience in conducting regular client meetings and providing updates on service offerings.
~ Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support team members by sharing insights and product knowledge.
~ Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
~ Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
