Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
~ Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, cold-calling and referrals.
~ Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
~ Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
~ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
~ Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
~ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Market Research and Strategy:
~ Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
~ Provide insights and feedback to the team to refine marketing strategies and offerings.
~ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services.
Reporting and Documentation:
~ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
~ Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
