Key Responsibilities
 

  1. Generate New Business: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  2. Manage Portfolio Accounts: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term success and client satisfaction.
  3. Develop Positive Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their individual needs and concerns.
  5. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly, providing effective solutions and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Account Management: Monitor and report on the status of accounts and transactions, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  7. Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets in line with company goals, tracking performance through sales metrics (e.g., quarterly results, annual forecasts).
