Overview:

This is a director position of Business development/Sales that required to lead efforts in expanding company's precision engineering solutions tailored to the Medtech sector (Supporting the company's business development mainly for the growth within Asia market)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • –  Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Medtech industry, including partnerships with leading medical device manufacturers.
  • –  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to provide innovative precision engineering solutions.
  • –  Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including forecasting and pipeline management.
  • –  Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the alignment of technical capabilities with client requirements.
  • –  Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • –  Proposal Management: Prepare and present detailed proposals, quotations, and agreements to potential clients.

 

Requirements:

  • –  Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the precision engineering or medical technologies sector.
  • –  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • –  Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • –  Bachelor’s degree in related to Precision Engineering/Business, advanced qualifications are a plus.
  • –  Prefer candidate with knowledge in precision manufacturing & able to read blueprints.
  • –  Willingness to travel overseas frequently for business matter.
