Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives, enhance brand positioning, and drive market growth.
  • Assess the brand image and refine branding strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement across various media channels, while monitoring both in-house and competitor activities for continuous improvement.
  • Propose and roll out branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and special projects, ensuring all activity is assessed for effectiveness and impact.
  • Establish key performance indicators, track marketing performance, and provide monthly reports on campaign effectiveness and distribution channel initiatives to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Supervise the development of corporate communications materials such as promotional assets, editorial content, press releases, printed ads, billboards etc.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative community engagement programs to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Build and maintain new and existing partnerships with external stakeholders for collaborative events and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee relationships with public relation and marketing/advertising agencies, ensuring successful execution of campaigns and securing media coverage for key company events.
  • Collaborate with internal team to design and implement an effective and budget-conscious marketing calendar.
  • Generate and present marketing performance reports for management review.
  • All other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing or other relevant field of studies
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences preferably from F&B industry
