Our client is a recognized restaurant brand with outlets across Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager or Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of marketing related to the company’s brand, ensuring that branding decisions lead to stronger sales and overall growth.

Reporting to: General Manager of Operations & Marketing

【 Responsibilities 】

1) Brand Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives, maintaining a strong brand presence in the market.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to resonate with target audiences.
- Lead the creation of brand assets, including taglines, visual elements, brand guidelines, and design templates. Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics to achieve optimal results.

2) Brand Communication:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand’s messages across multiple channels.
- Create compelling content for a variety of marketing materials, including advertising, websites, emails, and print media.

3) Brand Partnerships:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and expand reach.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers, organizations, and other brands to amplify messaging and drive brand awareness.

4) Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Segment customers based on demographics, behaviour, and preferences to deliver personalized communications and experiences.
- Create incentives, promotions, and rewards to encourage repeat purchases and enhance customer lifetime value.

5) Data Analysis:
- Analyze customer data and marketing metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of brand and CRM initiatives.
- Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

6) Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for brand development and CRM marketing initiatives.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.

7) Others, Ad-hoc:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Perform any other additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager of Operations & Marketing
