– Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity for EMB Mission Bound and its business units, ensuring consistency across all platforms and communications.
– Design and produce marketing materials, presentations, reports, and branded content for internal and external use.
– Create engaging visual assets for social media, website, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
– Design and oversee the production of print materials, including brochures, posters, event branding, and promotional materials.
– Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to develop creative strategies that align with business objectives.
– Ensure that all creative work adheres to brand guidelines while evolving the brand's visual language as needed.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
– Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design tools to keep our creative output innovative and competitive.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
– 2+ years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual identity creation, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
– Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and print materials.
– Proficiency in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
– Experience designing for social media, web, and digital marketing campaigns.
– Ability to translate business goals into compelling visual storytelling.
– Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for innovation.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
– Knowledge of motion graphics, UI/UX, or video editing is a plus.
