Working Hour:
Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Responsibilities:
• -You will have the opportunity to market personal line products to banking customers through outbound efforts (Leads provided)
• -Provide exceptional service for inbound sales inquiries
• -Achieve sales target KPIs, call quality and operational standards
• -Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
• -Handle and follow up with customer enquiries with confidence
• -Convert leads provided by the bank to sales through telemarketing activities
• -Ensure calls are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
