In this full-time position based in the Novena Central Region, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities for our retail banking products and services.
What you'll be doing
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our banking products and services
-Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial requirements
-Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively educate and inform customers
-Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
-Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
-Collaborate with other teams to cross-sell and up-sell relevant products
-Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
