Executive
As a Automotive Technician with Addcel, you will be responsible for:
-Performing preventive maintenance work and follow-up on all troubleshooting and repair works
-Ensuring completion of all preventive and corrective maintenance, documenting all service reports from vendors
-Support ad-hoc machine breakdown including fault troubleshooting, diagnosis and replacement of defective components
-Monitor and maintain spare part list
-Supervising contractors for onsite work involving installation, servicing and repair work
-Proper housekeeping of the tools after usage
-Update list of chemical in the storage and ensure SDS is within validity period
-Liaise with overseas and local supplier for equipment and spare part matters
-Involved in internal and external audits when required
-Any other duties as assigned
A successful candidate for this role will possess:
-Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
-Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
-Experience in supporting maintenance function in manufacturing environment
-Hands-on experience in troubleshooting plant equipment including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic system
-Experience in robotic system maintenance will be an advantage
-Must be able to lift heavy objects and be able to work at height with MEWP
-Able to support after office hours and weekends when needed
-Well versed in Microsoft Office applications
-Able to read and interpret schematics
