Sales & Makerting Executive
• Min 2-4 years of trade support experience with a focus on OTC derivatives products
• 1 Year Contract
• Basic Salary up to $ 10,000 / Raffles Place
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
o Manage phone and group inboxes, responding to client queries promptly.
o Conduct comprehensive system walkthroughs for clients.
• Control:
o Ensure timely resolution of reconciliation breaks and trade exceptions.
o Maintain global service level standards and adherence to control guidelines.
• Trade Event Management:
o Execute trade capture for a wide range of Interest Rates and Cleared OTC products, including post-trade events.
o Provide support to New York/London clients during Asia time zone.
o Resolve trade mismatches through collaboration with clients, counterparties, and internal teams.
• Billing:
o Proactively follow up on client fee payments.
• Managing Business Relationships:
o Serve as a subject matter expert for Rates PB and CoTC business, handling client escalations.
o Facilitate monthly business meetings to discuss KPIs and client-centric initiatives.
Job Requirements:
• Min 2-4 years of Investment Banking experience in client interaction, internal relationship management, and cross-departmental communication.
• Proven ability to take ownership of client requests and maintain a confident approach.
• Knowledge of the Prime Brokerage business is an advantage.
• Strong project and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Japanese Language Skills is preferred but not mandatory.
