– Develop and execute strategic content goals and objectives for the team and the company's global social media platforms.
– Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity, ensuring all work adheres to quality standards.
– Collaborate with various teams to execute marketing promotional campaigns and product launches.
– Analyze customer interactions and social media trends to inform and shape future campaigns.
– Manage the tone and visual style of our social media accounts to maintain brand consistency.
– Evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns through performance reports, aiming to maximize organic exposure and engagement and achieve KPIs.
– Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
What You Have
– Marketing, or any related degree
– Native or excellent English communication skills
– 5+ years’ relevant experience in social media or content creation
– 1-2 years' experience in supervisor or a managerial role
– Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.
– Strong people management skills combined with hands-on experience in marketing communications.
– Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
– In-depth knowledge of social media and content creation
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently.
– Proficient in written & spoken English
– Experience in content creation for Instagram and TikTok is a plus.
– Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager tools is advantageous.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
