What You Have
-- Marketing, or any related degree
-- Native or excellent English communication skills
-- 5+ years’ relevant experience in social media or content creation
-- 1-2 years' experience in supervisor or a managerial role
-- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.
-- Strong people management skills combined with hands-on experience in marketing communications.
-- Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
-- In-depth knowledge of social media and content creation
-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently.
-- Proficient in written & spoken English
-- Experience in content creation for Instagram and TikTok is a plus.
-- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager tools is advantageous.
-- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
