What You'll Do

  • --  Develop and execute strategic content goals and objectives for the team and the company's global social media platforms.
  • --  Identify and implement process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity, ensuring all work adheres to quality standards.
  • --  Collaborate with various teams to execute marketing promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • --  Analyze customer interactions and social media trends to inform and shape future campaigns.
  • --  Manage the tone and visual style of our social media accounts to maintain brand consistency.
  • --  Evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns through performance reports, aiming to maximize organic exposure and engagement and achieve KPIs.
  • --  Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

What You Have

  • --  Marketing, or any related degree
  • --  Native or excellent English communication skills
  • --  5+ years’ relevant experience in social media or content creation
  • --  1-2 years' experience in supervisor or a managerial role
  • --  Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager.
  • --  Strong people management skills combined with hands-on experience in marketing communications.
  • --  Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • --  In-depth knowledge of social media and content creation
  • --  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • --  Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • --  Proficient in written & spoken English
  • --  Experience in content creation for Instagram and TikTok is a plus.
  • --  Familiarity with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager tools is advantageous.
  • --  Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
