Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
– Responsible for Omni-channel Marketing / Products / Brands / in the Marketing Department.
– Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of the marketing department
– Responsible for the full spectrum of omnichannel marketing plans and partnership strategies
– Work closely with management, and retail sales to identify marketplace opportunities, customer needs, and customer satisfaction levels. Use data and insight gathered to drive strategic decision-making for overseas expansion.
– Involved in market development projects such as overseas business expansion
– Identify new target segments and develop targeted sales and marketing programs.
– To develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and business opportunities locally and overseas.
– Develop and maintain the company’s corporate branding and corporate identity program.
– Align marketing and branding directions across all business and operational levels.
– Managing the brand’s loyalty system and rewards program.
– Manage and launch new products and promotions.
– Responsible for advertising and promotional (A&P) plans, initiatives, and activities for Hysses in Singapore and regionally.
– Responsible for copywriting of articles, marketing materials, product information, Press releases, etc.
– Ensure timely implementation of marketing plans and activities.
– Review and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
– Responsible for organizing events such as roadshows, workshops, product launches, and overseas exhibitions.
– Communicate and inform the store team about upcoming activities and campaigns.
– Coordinate media events and execute collaboration campaigns for various countries.
– Direct and drive excellent execution of marketing materials, including print ads, press releases, leaflets, catalogues, DM, EDM, web pages, collaterals, and visual merchandising in alignment with the brand direction and brand identity guidelines.
– Developa budget plan, monitor, and control the effective use of marketing expenses.
