– Analyse content performance and translate qualitative data into actionable recommendations to optimise click-through rates to websites via digital and social media channels.
– Assist in the development and implement user segmentation strategies to deliver personalised marketing communications, enhance user experience, and improve engagement and conversion rates.
– Contribute innovative ideas to improve customer engagement through digital tools (including CRM and website), or exceptional experiences.
Coordination:
– Manage deadlines and ensure the timely execution of campaigns and activities.
– Work closely with external vendors, media agencies, and digital content partners to achieve campaign objectives in a multi-stakeholder setting.
– Handle administrative matters relating to campaigns such as preparing documentation, procurement, as well as tracking of timelines, project progress and budgets.
Job Requirements
– Minimum 3 years relevant experience
– Proficient working-level knowledge of digital analytics and management tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Website CMS. Experience with Oracle Netsuite is a plus.
– Keen interest and experience in UX/UI design and audience experience.
– Strong understanding of evolving audience needs across various digital and social media platforms.
– Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their business functions.
– Demonstrable experience managing digital agencies, vendors, and content partners.
– May be called on to take on media relations responsibilities on an as-needed basis.
– Excellent team player with the confidence to share expertise and the willingness to learn about the company’s culture, business, and target audiences.
