How you succeed To succeed in this role, you will need to deliver data-driven insights that optimize marketing strategies, create intuitive dashboards and visualizations, collaborate on A/B/multivariate tests to improve website/app experiences. In close collaboration with the marketing teams and business partners, you will design and execute experiments plans that drive results.
What you do
-Analyze and interpret data sets to support marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance
-Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
-Design, execute, and analyze A/B/multivariate tests with Marketing team to optimize website experiences and improve conversion rates.
-Collaborate with Marketing Technology team to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
Qualifications Who you are
-Minimum 5+ years of related business experience.
-Experience working with tools such as Adobe/Google Analytics, Adobe Target/Optimizely/VWO
-Proficiency with Excel, Python and Power BI
-Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Experience in Chinese Media Ecosystem and understanding of Chinese online advertising ecosystems (Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba, etc.)
-Experience in digital marketing marketing channels (SEO, Paid Search, Social, Programmatic etc)
