Responsibilities/Duties
• Assist the Manager to administrate the assigned car parks matter, such as new season parking applications; Renewals of season parking; Correspondence to Tenants pertaining to Car Park issue ; Guild Tenants on the use of the car park portal… etc.
• Work with vendors and monitor contractor performance on the software and hardware maintenance.
• Monitor payments issue through the e-Portal (eNets), AXS machines, Giro and Cheque.
• Assist in administrating the car park contractual matters, project implementation & SOP.
• Handling VPC License renewals.
• Other Administrative duties such as:
1. Incident reports and insurances issues;
2. Issuances of works orders including closing of work orders;
3. Management of tenants’ feedback;
4. Documents filing;
5. Monthly reports.
6. General Admin duties
*In addition to these duties, the Employee may be required to perform other tasks that from time to time may be assigned or delegated to the Employee by the Company.
