Job Duties & Responsibilities

~ Generate documents accurately, ensuring they comply with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines.

~ Provide support to the mortgage loan team including coordination of loan process, data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

~ Handle existing clients’ enquiries on matter relating to their loan and/or renewal of their contracts

~ Address enquiries promptly and professionally, either in person, over the phone, or via email.

~ Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

 

Job Requirements

~ Diploma holder

~ Min 2 years of working experience.

~ Proficient in Microsoft Office words & excel

~ Good command of written and spoken English

~ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

~ Good team player and customer-oriented

~ Able to work in a fast paced environment
