Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (12pm - 1pm Lunch)
.Administrative Support: Handle office supplies procurement, manage office inventory, and ensure everything is in place for a smooth working environment.
.Office Operations: Assist with HR-related tasks, schedule and coordinate meetings, manage documents, and support other daily office functions.
.Reception and Office Cleanliness: Handle basic reception duties and contribute to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the office, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
.Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
.Familiarity with office software (MS Office, etc.) is essential.
.Able to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively with the team.
