Job summary:
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Assist with administrative support tasks as needed
Utilize Microsoft Office suite for various administrative functions
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Handle email correspondence and inquiries
Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks
Exhibit excellent communication skills in written and verbal interaction
Administrative support for Sales & Marketing
Receive and process sales orders (SO) from customers
Verify by comparing price, quantity and item of sales orders received with quotations
Perform the registration of SO
Responds to email and other digital queries
Researches as requested and compiles and summaries information for reports and presentations
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong data entry skills
Customer service-oriented mindset
Ability to provide administrative support effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail
Experience with calendar management and email handling is a plus
