Job Description: The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the team by managing office tasks, assisting with scheduling, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
.Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
.Handle accounting administrative tasks, preparing of invoices to customers and vendors, manage filing system.
.Assist in preparing job, purchasing & delivery orders.
.Maintain proper records and ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
.Assist in preparing job, purchasing & delivery orders.
.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
.Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
.Minimum GCE "O" levels or equivalent.
.Minimum 1 years of relevant experience from construction / logistic industry with coordination & planning skills.
.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
.Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
.5 working days per week.
.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
