⏳ Working Hours: 9:30am to 6:30am
Job Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Billing: Generate and issue invoices accurately and on time.
Sales Reporting: Calculate and prepare sales reports for management review.
Document Editing: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contract documents.
Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of invoices, reports, and contracts.
Administrative Support: Assist in general admin tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for administrative matters.
Requirements:
Prior experience in invoicing, sales reporting, or document editing is preferred.
Skills:
--Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (if applicable).
--Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
--Good organizational and time management skills.
--Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Education:
--Minimum Diploma
