  • –  Support all internal and external HR-related & finance inquiries or requests.
  • –  Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
  • –  Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
  • –  Assist Finance with date entry and other adhoc jobs as requested
  • –  Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • –  Providing administrative support to – streamline work processes such as file management, record keeping of cases and management of case exhibits.
  • –  Assist departments with reports, file organization, and staff queries.
  • –  Support onboarding of new staff.
  • –  Maintain accurate and confidential databases.
  • –  Documenting, organizing and packing of files
  • –  Perform additional tasks as assigned by – the supervisor.
  • –  Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

Admin Assistant Requirements:

  • –  Possess good interpersonal skills.
  • –  Ability to multi-task, with attention to detail.
  • –  Possess good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • –  Able to work under time pressure.
  • –  Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • –  Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
