Job Summary:

--The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support and handling front desk operations. This role involves managing office tasks, greeting customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

--Front Desk Management: Answer phone calls to schedule appointments and handle inquiries professionally. Welcome and assist customers.

--Office Administration: Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, managing office supplies, handling mails and packages, coordinating internal and external communications.

--Support for Team Members: Provide administrative support to other team members as needed, including bookkeeping, invoicing and billing, payroll administration.

Qualifications:

--Diploma or equivalent; specialize in business administration or a related field is a plus.

--Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.

--Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
