Job Responsibilities:
-Verifying submitted documents and ensuring all required information is complete and accurate according to regulatory guidelines.
-Draft responses to complainants regarding the status and outcome of their invalid address complaints, ensuring clear communication of findings and any required follow-up actions.
-Gather additional information or evidence related to address complaints and maintain detailed records of all investigations, actions taken, and correspondence with complainants and other parties.
