Executive
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
~ Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze the company’s cost structures to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
~ Annual Budgeting preparation and computation.
~ Month-end closing and PL Reporting: Prepare regular cost reports and provide actionable insights to management.
~ Inventory Management: Oversee and analyze inventory transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the company policies and financial regulations.
~ Coordinating with all departments to provide cost analysis and support financial planning.
~ Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial processes, including cost accounting, and reporting methods.
~ Preparation of monthly and annual financial documents / Yearly Financial Audit
~ Preparation of presentation material as required.
~ Related duties assigned by the Management to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Ability / Competency Required:
~ Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. CPA or relevant certification preferred.
~ Experience in cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
~ Proficiency in cost accounting principles, budgeting, and variance analysis.
~ Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and strong excel skills are required.
~ Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
~ Fluent in English are preferred.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present financial information.
~ Integrity & trustworthiness.
~ Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-pace environment.
