Job Description:
• Overall responsible for all coordination works of structural, architectural and M&E
• Responsible for handling client and consultants on design drawings to ensure compliance with requirements of the authorities
• Plan, monitor and report on shop drawings production progress
• Coordinate and support operational and other functional team to meet construction progress
• Manage design interfaces, resolve technical queries and submit/raise Request for Approval / Information (RFA/I) to concern parties to clarify any ambiguous design details
Job Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 8 years’ experience in construction industry
• Be conversant with design and approval processes
• Be independent, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
