Project Engineering Department (PED)
Organize meetings with Interior Designers based on test fit discussions.
Confirm and coordinate key project stakeholders (QP, ID, contractor, etc.).
Finalize internal construction schedules and milestones.
Work with contractors and ID for drawing submissions.
Handle authority submissions (EMA, LEW, SFA, etc.).
Liaise with landlords and suppliers on project matters.
Monitor project progress and address potential issues or defects.
Attend site meetings, takeovers, and handovers.
Building Preventive Maintenance (CBPC)
Update and maintain routine and ad-hoc servicing schedules on Google Docs.
Conduct weekly building safety site walks and reports.
Ensure PTW submissions at least 7 days before work begins.
Address ISO compliance issues and close remaining building defects.
