Key Duties & Responsibilities:
~ Support daily operation, system and logistics problem reported by ASEAN + INDIA sales branches
~ Measure supply chain performance such as cost, service, quality and productivity and able analyze the data to find a problem
~ Make project proposal and lead the project with internal and external party
~ Support global projects implementation in ASEAN + India sales branches
~ Plan and organize workshop and training to enhance supply chain knowledge and motivate related sales operation and logistics operation staff
~ Design and implement new operation after studying cutting edge technology and global trading trend
~ Support action to execute business contingency plan for supply chain disruption like natural disaster, factory capacity problem and etc
Ability / Competency Required:
~ Diploma or Degree in any field
~ Able to work well in global company as a team player while being independent and pro-active
~ Equip with critical, logical thinking with analytical skill to find the problem
~ Equip with presentation, facilitation skill to lead change and manage project
~ Good interpersonal and effective communication skills to build good relationship with internal and external parties
~ Have challenge spirits and positive attitude as professional towards changes and problem solving
~ Willing to travel
~ Proficient in Microsoft skill
