Job Summary:
Formulate and execute sales plan in line with company long term and mid-term goals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. A people person and team player that works well with leaders of other functions to achieve the common goals of Ademco.
Job Responsibilities:
- -Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet the company's revenue goals and expand market share effectively.
- -Proactively Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and new client accounts, including untapped markets and emerging sectors.
- -Conduct regular performance evaluations to drive productivity and enhance team effectiveness.
- -Establish and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- -Preparation of quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and negotiating contracts to optimize profitability while addressing customer requirements.
- -Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments to provide actionable insights to the management team regarding growth opportunities and market dynamics.
- -Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- -Generate and deliver detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
