Job description:
-Work closely with our Project Management team to ensure success of the project.
-Manage direct work teams with good experience in MEP system construction in particular piping and equipment installation
-Based on project requirement, plan, organize and manage our in-house construction team to execute the works on schedule, with good quality and safety.
-Monitor & control the usage of material, manpower and machinery used on site.
-Devise and propose construction methodologies that will improve constructability, quality and safety.
-Provide support to colleagues to ensure that they can complete the assigned work
-Provide on-the-job training to colleagues
-Manage and control manpower budget
Job requirement:
-At least 10 years of Construction Implementation experience using direct workforce
-Deep experience in industrial ACMV systems
-Experience in other utility systems is an advantage
-Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Email
-Excellent project control and people management skills.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
