Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- – Lead and track, ensure project requirements are gathered in timely manner including liaison/coordination with multiple stakeholders (consultants, employer’s agent, users, contractors, etc.) so to meet the overall project timeline.
- – Take ownership to guide users in design and planning of hospital and facilitating useful and productive discussions during design, construction and post construction stage. This includes cross coordination with aspects such as medical equipment and facilities maintenance.
- – Lead, coordinate, manage to ensure users’ requirements are duly captured and resolved, obtaining approvals from users during various design stages including sign offs for milestone documents and reports, and ensuring that records of discussions are correctly and accurately captured.
- – Support and involve in budgetary planning and control discussions, to ensure that proposed designs keep within time and approved budget.
Requirements:
- – A degree in Architectural, Civil & Structural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying/ Construction Management or related to the building industry.
- – At least 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with Project Management experience.
- – Candidates with healthcare background highly preferred
- – Good analytical skills and project management skills.
