- -Position Title: Car Sales Business Manager / Sales Manager (Motor Vehicle)

- -Working Hours: 5 days (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)
- -Salary Package: Basic up to $5000 + Commission

Key Responsibilities
- -Lead and inspire a team of Salesmen to meet sales goals.
- -Set clear sales objectives, aligning with company-wide targets.
- -Evaluate and enhance salesmen's performance through regular feedback and support.
- -Facilitate training and development to boost sales skills.
- -Efficiently manage and convert sales leads to achieve targets.
- -Support the team in deal negotiations and closures.
- -Maintain sales department budget to meet financial goals.
- -Generate and review sales reports, analyzing performance and identifying improvement areas.
