-Sales Leadership: Lead and drive the sales strategy to establish and expand the market presence of new brand of industrial products in the Southeast Asia region, focusing on the specified product lines.
-Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and customer needs to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth.
-Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on product offerings, technical specifications, and industry standards for the products being sold (compressed air systems, pumps, valves, PSA, and VPSA equipment).
-Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
-Negotiation and Closing: Lead the negotiation process with customers to close deals, ensuring the best possible terms for the company while meeting customer needs.
-Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team based overseas, tracking progress against sales goals, customer interactions, and overall performance.
Requirements:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience is mandatory, with a proven track record of success in industrial equipment sales, specifically in the areas of compressed air systems, pumps and valves, and/or air separation technologies.
-Negotiation Skills: Experienced in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of service.
-Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
-Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
