AHT Cooling Systems Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing new distribution channels in green but potential markets.
What you'll be doing
Customer relationship management and distribution partner collaboration
-Build and maintain customer’s and partner’s relationship by understanding the needs and provide professional business solution
-Acquire new key accounts and maintain the relationship with the existing ones
-Handle all project- and sales related topics
Internal communication with Sales team and Headquarter
-Develop sales and marketing strategy to different markets in Asia Pacific region
-Coordinate with technical team and get the latest product knowledge
Market study
-Monitor the market competition and future trends/demands
-Collect market information and perform analysis
Sales Target
-Achieve sales target and related KPIs
-Submit regular sales and marketing reporting
What we're looking for
-Bachelor degree with at least 5 years work experience and at least 3 years in refrigeration related industry
-Profound experience in sales preferably in refrigeration equipment or commercial refrigeration industry (B2B)
-Engineering background (in related industry) is highly preferred
-Proactive for new action, flexibility to support various tasks
-Entrepreneurial spirit and independent work ethics and good business behavior
-Proficient with MS packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sound knowledge in using IT tools including Large Language Model for analyzing data and reporting
