Job Responsibilities:
~ To be responsible for purchasing and sourcing of general material / hardware for project site according to product evolution, specification and requirements.
~ To handle price negotiation with suppliers, vendors and price comparison for management’s approval.
~ To generate Purchase Order according to Material Requisition from site personnel.
~ To generate monthly purchase reports.
~ To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system in department.
~ To attend to any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements:
~ Possess a Certificate in Purchasing and Materials Management or equivalent.
~ At least 3 years of relevant experience.
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
~ Willingness to learn.
~ Able to take stress due to fast paced environment.
~ Meticulous and organized.
~ Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
~ Able to start work immediate will be added advantage.
