You will be responsible for planning and developing healthcare infrastructure facilities and managing various projects from proposal to completion. This includes developing master-plans and budget proposals, conceptual planning and conducting feasibility studies. You will also be required to handle design development, tender preparation and evaluation, and construction management.
Requirements
– Recognized degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 7 years’ of relevant experience in facilities and project management in healthcare, pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry
– Candidates with degree in Building Services with at least 8 years’ of relevant experience may be considered.
– Extensive experience in design and operations of facilities with stringent environmental conditions such as cleanrooms, isolation and containment facilities
– Proficient in Building Regulations, EHS and WSH requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development
– A team player with excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
– Proficient in AutoCAD drafting
– An independent self-starter who is proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure
